Rak Sudra, Founder and CEO of RS Recruitment, has spent 30 years navigating the intricate landscape of senior finance and investment recruitment — 17 years in London, working with FTSE and Fortune companies, and the last 13 years based in Dubai, covering the NASDAQ, DFM, ADX financial services landscape across EMEA. His remit spans the full spectrum of finance: from back-office disciplines including traditional finance, regulation and internal audit, through to front-office strategic finance, investment, M&A and corporate finance leadership — at every level from analyst to CEO.
